By participating in our events, you agree to the following terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment for any tournament, the user fully accepts the event's regulations and these terms.
No Refund Policy
Under no circumstances will TCG Center issue refunds for tournament registrations. Once payment is processed, the player's spot is reserved, and the funds are managed at the discretion of the tournament organizer, who reserves the right to offer a refund or credit for future events.
Transfer of Spots
Spots are non-transferable. Registration is personal and non-transferable.
We reserve the right of admission. Any unsportsmanlike conduct, fraud, or violation of the game rules reported by the organizers or detected by the platform will be grounds for immediate expulsion from the tournament and/or the platform, without the right to a claim or refund of the amount paid.
The platform is not responsible for user connection issues (in online tournaments) or loss of belongings (in in-person tournaments).
